Go Left

The bus driver seemed to be on the wrong track. At the intersection he did not make efforts to turn left into the road like he was supposed to, but instead he stopped at the bus stop along the main road. A woman who sat in front of the bus said “Hey, you've got to turn left into that street”, and the bus driver went “Oh, really?”. He then steered a hard-left right across the street, effectively blocking all lanes because the traffic-light into the road to the left was currently red.

That guy must have been pretty new in the business.

I will be scared to be one of the passengers of the bus :-) (that's why when someone else is driving I sit in the back and I wear my prescription glasses all the time). I don't think is pretty funny though, but it makes sense of the bad driving and the irony of the story.

Cathy, well, there was nobody in danger at any point. It was just weird in the sense that it was a situation where you know what should be happening, but what actually IS happening is something completely different. :-)

I see what you mean Toby. Anyway, I see the story from a different point of view (from a more dramatic side). That's why at the end I enclosed the IRONY. Hehehehe! Keep posting stories, some of them are very entertaining and they leave my imagination fly with a different perspective ;-)
