Photo exhibition tip: “Pictures of Hongkou - A District of Charm” at Hamburg Rathaus

In addition to a sister-city arrangement between Hamburg and Shanghai, there is also such an arrangement between the district of Hamburg-Mitte and the district of Hongkou in Shanghai. As part of a cultural exchange between these two districts, photographers from Shanghai currently present impressions of Hongkou in a photo exhibition at Hamburg city hall (Rathausdiele), on display through August 20. The photos show the urban environment as well as everyday city life and places of interest in the district.
